I'm a coach, an athlete, and a mother — and movement has been the thread running through all of it. I've run 23 marathons, three 50-mile races, a 50K, and more half marathons than I can count. These days I'm sprint training, lifting, skating, dancing, and surfing — because joy is how I move, and the water will always call me home.

I became a coach because I wanted other people to feel what I feel in my body — free, strong, and fully alive. My sessions are positive, empowering, and built around you. Whether you're rebuilding after having a baby, returning from injury, training for distance, or simply ready to feel better in your own skin — we start where you are and build from there.

My real goal is to give you the tools so you don't need me. That's what I believe great coaching actually is.
